If you have a magic stick what you would change immediately?!This is the question we asked 9 years old children and they replied as most people would reply, namely that they don’t want to have poor and hungry people on our planet and their third wish would be all people to have homes where they live with their families and relatives in happiness and joy.

So these are basic things a man needs –food, money and home! Let’s focus on the second and third -money and home. Are these two wishes connected and how much money do you need to buy a new home!

TMB-House in the snow is a project developed with the system Telescopic Modular Building-Sustainable, Reliable, Eco-friendly, with many more possibilities than ever before!!

The project concerns a single-family house , which meet all standards for energy-saving and sustainability. The site is in the mountains , where the cold winter places obstacles beforeevery living creature and where the harsh environment doesn’t forgive anyone.

The project house is with an total area of 231,05m2 , from which 144,61m2 on the ground floor and 88,44m2 on the 1st floor. The house is with four large bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has a large living room , dining room and kitchen on the ground floor and large and beautiful terraces on the both floors. On the ground floor can be found a laundry room and a technical room too. The entrance into the house is marked with a beautiful stair and a spacious entrance room. In the dining room , there is a large fireplace and a brick wall, which continues on the next level and combines two more fireplaces.....................

Who invented the modularity? What is actually the modularity? What is its main purpose? Why do we need it?

To answer all these questions, we need to go back in time!

Maybe the first modular building was the first building in which were used measurements ,at that moment ,when people left their caves and started building their homes, they realized the necessity of using measurement units with the use of which is calculated the width and length of all parts used in the construction of the building...........................
