Telescopic Modular Building- an alternative to construction to the moment!?
As we all know the
design and construction of a building is a slow and painful process for every
investor with no experience. It involves a lot of nerves and is based on experiments
and mistakes. Could this be avoided without giving extra money? Can we always
have what we need without having to pay extra? Who can provide this, and at
what price?
All these questions can
be summarized in one -Is there such a building that changes its shape, volume,
area and look with minimal effort from us and how much its price would be affordable
for us?
I started asking myself
this question since the moment I realized I wanted to become an architect and
until the moment in which I created the concept of Telescopic Modular Building,
constantly thinking about it. Then, one day, I just realized that the answer
lies in the question itself. There had to be a way to create a building
structure so flexible that it allows you to change gradually and at the same
time is quite simple to be made-if it could be modular, to be able to
transported easily ,to offers the possibility to change the volume and area of
the building, allowing the user to modify it according to their marital status,
age, financial resources for maintenance, etc., to be from a material that is
durable and can hardly be damaged, to be in one word SAFE !
It should be possible to
use different roofing materials to be accessible to everyone and be just as large
as it should.
Telescopic Modular
Building is exactly that but also a little more! It is what is not available or
not perfected in all known systems of modular buildings, namely our
individuality. Thanks to it you can change not only the configuration of the
volumes in your building, its area, number of rooms, number of bathrooms, but
almost anything else that can be changed and do this repeatedly. For example
you can start with a building in which it is nested structure for 140m2 area,
but an area of only 80m2.One year later you've moved into the new home your
first child is born and you need another room. .Then you can stretch the
building of a building with an area of 120m2.After two years, when the second
child is born you can expand the building to 140m2.But suddenly your children
go to university in another city and you and your wife / husband want to
live in smaller house. Then you just return it to a building with an area of
80m2, all without much effort. Unfortunately, a few years later, you decide
to move to the beach in the new property you have bought. Then just fold your
building into two containers and move. There is nothing lost. Your possessions,
your house and therefore your memories are with you again.
